- Clean the salmon fillet, rub it with salt and black pepper, and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan, add the olive oil, and fry the salmon until browned.
- Mash the fried salmon into small pieces with a fork, sprinkle with a little ground black pepper, add the honey mustard sauce, and mix well.
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and chop it finely.
- Mix the chopped avocado and banana, sprinkle with a little black pepper, add any salad dressing, and mix well.
- Place the salad ring on a flat plate, put the mixed avocado and banana in it, and press down gently.
- Cover the avocado and banana with salmon, press down and flatten.
- Decorate with a little rosemary.
