Salmon tartare with avocado is an elegant and quick appetizer, perfect for when you want something healthy. The combination of salmon rubbed with mustard-honey sauce, the creaminess of avocado, and the sweet-sour taste of banana, plus the aroma of rosemary, creates a fresh dish that impresses.

  • Clean the salmon fillet, rub it with salt and black pepper, and leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a pan, add the olive oil, and fry the salmon until browned.
  • Mash the fried salmon into small pieces with a fork, sprinkle with a little ground black pepper, add the honey mustard sauce, and mix well.
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and chop it finely.
  • Mix the chopped avocado and banana, sprinkle with a little black pepper, add any salad dressing, and mix well.
  • Place the salad ring on a flat plate, put the mixed avocado and banana in it, and press down gently.
  • Cover the avocado and banana with salmon, press down and flatten.
  • Decorate with a little rosemary.
