Recipe for baked lavash roll with cheese and banana, prepared in just 15 minutes. If you want a quick snack, this recipe is perfect. You don’t need a mixer, oven, or any complicated ingredients. All you need is a sheet of lavash, some cream cheese, and a ripe banana.

The warm banana softens and cheese melts, creating a sweet and savory bite. This snack works great as dessert, breakfast treat or on-the-go indulgence.

Method

  • Separate the egg white and yolk, and add the egg white to the cottage cheese.
  • Add a tablespoon of sugar. Stir.
  • Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top the lavash.
  • Cut the banana into slices and arrange them on the lavash.
  • Roll the lavash.
  • Repeat this process with the other two rolls.
  • Mix the egg yolk.
  • Grease the rolls with egg yolk and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
