Method
- Separate the egg white and yolk, and add the egg white to the cottage cheese.
- Add a tablespoon of sugar. Stir.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top the lavash.
- Cut the banana into slices and arrange them on the lavash.
- Roll the lavash.
- Repeat this process with the other two rolls.
- Mix the egg yolk.
