  • Separate the egg white and yolk, and add the egg white to the cottage cheese.
  • Add a tablespoon of sugar. Stir.
  • Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top the lavash.
  • Cut the banana into slices and arrange them on the lavash.
  • Roll the lavash.
  • Repeat this process with the other two rolls.
  • Mix the egg yolk.
  • Grease the rolls with egg yolk and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
