  • Pour the flour into a deep bowl.
  • Add the cocoa.
  • Add the salt.
  • Add the cinnamon.
  • Add the baking powder.
  • Add the sugar.
  • Beat with a mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the oil.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, then line a baking pan or tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into it. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
