Potato stew with chicken breast is a simple, nutritious, and very tasty recipe, ideal for an everyday meal. The potatoes are cooked until they are soft and flavorful, and the chicken breast remains tender and juicy. It is easy to prepare, using simple ingredients that you already have in your kitchen, and is perfect for both lunch and dinner.
It is a versatile recipe that you can easily adapt depending on what you have in the fridge. Plus, it can be stored in the fridge and reheated without losing its flavor – ideal for those who want to cook once and eat well several times.
Tips:
- For a more intense flavor, you can add a dash of white wine or balsamic vinegar while cooking the vegetables.
- If you want a thicker stew, you can put a few potatoes in a blender and add them to the sauce to thicken it.
- If you want to add more vegetables, you can also add green beans, zucchini, or courgettes, which go perfectly with this dish.
- For a vegetarian version, you can replace the chicken breast with mushrooms or tofu.
