Ingredients
- 10.5 oz pork tenderloin
- 1½ cups potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- to taste salt aromatic peppercorns, thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- vegetable oil
- water
Instructions
- Wash the pork and cut it into small pieces. Place the meat in a pot without oil and turn on the stove to medium heat.
- Cook the meat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Chop the onion and carrot, and add them to the pot.
- Chop the bell pepper and red pepper, and add them to the pot. Pour in a little oil, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pot.
- Pour enough water to cover the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with salt, thyme, and add bay leaves and aromatic peppercorns. Cover and cook over low heat for 50-60 minutes.
