- 5 ½ oz spaghetti
- 5 oz beef
- ½ onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp starch
- 3 tsp hot sauce
- 3 tsp water
Instructions
- Slice onion, green pepper, and red pepper into straws. Cut the beef into slices across the fibers.
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Pour the marinade over the beef slices, mix well, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Boil the spaghetti until tender in a pot of salted boiling water; drain.
