Ingredients
 

  • 9 oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup 10% sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • fresh herbs parsley, dill, or as desired
  • 1 tbsp flour for thickening the sauce
  • to taste ground black pepper paprika, other seasonings as desired, salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare and rinse the necessary ingredients.
  • It is not recommended to wash the mushrooms, it is enough to peel the film and remove dirt from the legs. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
  • Chop the onions into small cubes. Rinse and chop the fresh herbs. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and onions. Cook for 5 minutes over a high heat.
  • Pour in the flour and mix.
  • Cook for another minute, add 100 g of sour cream and a clove of garlic.
  • Stir again and remove from the stove. Mushrooms in sour cream sauce are ready!
