Want a quick and tasty breakfast? Banana pancakes are awesome! They’re fluffy, have a sweet banana flavor, and are super easy to make. You don’t need a lot of ingredients. - Milk whey or buttermilk¾ cup
- Banana1
- Egg1
- Flour1½ cups
- Psyllium1 tsp
- Baking soda¼ tsp
- Salt
- Vegetable oil3½ tbsp

Method
- Heat the milk whey to a temperature of approximately 30 °C and pour it into a large container so that it can be mixed more easily.
- Add the egg to the warm whey and beat gently with a whisk.
- Add the sifted flour and mix the mixture well.
- Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until you get a smooth puree.
- Add the mashed bananas to the mixture. Mix again.
- Add psyllium to the bowl and mix again.
- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes so that all the ingredients combine.
- Spray the pan with vegetable oil and place it on the stove. Using a spoon, place the prepared mixture in the heated pan. Cook over medium heat for about one minute.
- Flip the pancakes over and cook them until they turn golden brown.
- Serve the pancakes warm, with sour cream and berries. They are airy, flavorful, and incredibly delicious.
