  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar using a whisk or mixer on low speed.

  • Line the baking tray with baking paper. Pour the batter into the pan and place the cherries on top.

  • Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
