Method
- Crack the eggs into a heatproof bowl. Pour the milk into the same bowl, followed by the mayonnaise, salt, and semolina. Mix everything well.
- Add the oat flour with the fiber and baking powder to the resulting mixture. Then pour in the vegetable oil.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Place the bowl with the mixture in the microwave and cook for no more than five minutes at 850W.
- Remove the healthy baked bread from the bowl and let it cool on a wire rack.
