  • Add the oat flour with the fiber and baking powder to the resulting mixture. Then pour in the vegetable oil.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Place the bowl with the mixture in the microwave and cook for no more than five minutes at 850W.
  • Remove the healthy baked bread from the bowl and let it cool on a wire rack.
  • Cut into slices and serve while still warm.
