Bake the sponge cake in advance, cool it, and cut it into three equal cakes.
Cut 2-3 washed strawberries into small cubes.
Mix the whipped cream with the sugar and beat with an electric mixer.
Spread a little cream on a flat cake plate and place a sponge cake on top. Spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with sliced strawberries. Repeat the layers.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, and spread the rest of the whipped cream over the cake and smooth it with a pastry spatula.
