Santa-cake brings holiday spirit straight to your table with soft sponge layers, airy whipped-cream filling, and fresh berries arranged like a snowy Santa hat. Layers of fluffy cake alternate with smooth cream and juicy fruit, creating a festive dessert full of flavour and lightness. Santa-cake is perfect for Christmas dinner or any winter celebration when you want sweet joy and comfort.

- 15 cm baked cake1 pc
- Whipping cream1¼ cups
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Blueberries2 pcs
- Large strawberries12 pcs
- Coconut flakes

Method
- Bake the sponge cake in advance, cool it, and cut it into three equal cakes.
- Cut 2-3 washed strawberries into small cubes.
- Mix the whipped cream with the sugar and beat with an electric mixer.
- Spread a little cream on a flat cake plate and place a sponge cake on top. Spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with sliced strawberries. Repeat the layers.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, and spread the rest of the whipped cream over the cake and smooth it with a pastry spatula.
- Spread a line of frosting across the surface of the cake, dividing the cake into two parts. The top part is the snowman’s hat, and the bottom part is his face.
- Cut the remaining strawberries in half and place them on top of the cake to form the snowman’s hat. Make the snowman’s eyes from blueberries and his nose from a small piece of strawberry.
- Sprinkle the finished cake with coconut flakes.
