Method

  • First, you need to remove excess moisture from the canned pineapple. To do this, use a colander and paper towels. The pineapple should be finely chopped and placed in a salad bowl as the first layer. Pour the mayonnaise over the fruit layer.
  • Add the grated eggs and a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the next layer.
  • Spread a thin layer of grated cheese. Coat the surface of the layer with mayonnaise.
  • Boil and peel the shrimp completely. Place the cooled seafood on top of the salad in a dense layer.
