Ingredients
 

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil or soybean/corn oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 drops lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1 cup flour
  • tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the egg, sugar, and lemon juice in a clean, dry bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes white and thick, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the vegetable oil in 5 batches, 20 ml at a time, beating well with the mixer after each addition. Add the salt and mix well.
  • Add the flour and finely chopped green onion, mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Put the dough in a piping bag with a nozzle. Squeeze the bag of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, forming cookies.
  • Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
  • The crispy and tasty green onion crackers are ready. Enjoy!
