Place the egg, sugar, and lemon juice in a clean, dry bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes white and thick, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the vegetable oil in 5 batches, 20 ml at a time, beating well with the mixer after each addition. Add the salt and mix well.
Add the flour and finely chopped green onion, mix well.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Put the dough in a piping bag with a nozzle. Squeeze the bag of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, forming cookies.
