- Vegetable oil (or soybean/corn oil)⅓ cup
- Egg1
- Lemon juice (or white vinegar)2 drops

Method
- Place the egg, sugar, and lemon juice in a clean, dry bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes white and thick, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the vegetable oil in 5 batches, 20 ml at a time, beating well with the mixer after each addition. Add the salt and mix well.
- Add the flour and finely chopped green onion, mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Put the dough in a piping bag with a nozzle. Squeeze the bag of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, forming cookies.
- Bake at 170 degrees C for 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
