- Egg1 pc
- Butter14 tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Powdered sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Flour2⅔ cups
- Peanuts1 cup

Method
- In a deep bowl, combine the butter, salt, baking powder, and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer. Add the egg and beat again.
- Gradually add the sifted flour and knead until you obtain a soft dough. The main thing in this recipe is not to overwork the dough, not to knead it too much or too hard, so that you don’t have to add more flour.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the dough from the freezer, dust the surface with flour, and roll out the dough into a thin layer approximately 8 mm thick.
- Cut circles using a mold or glass, and cut a small circle in the center so that you can make rings.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the cookies.
- Place the cookies in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
