- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream 20%
- 1½ cup cheese
- salt
- 3 tbsp flour
- butter
Instructions
- Add the eggs and sour cream to a bowl.
- Add the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle a little salt.
- Add the flour.
- Stir the mixture.
- Turn on the stove and heat a little butter in a skillet.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side, then carefully flip it over to the other side using the lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Cook with the lid on, over low heat.
- Tasty and healthy breakfast is ready, cut and serve.
