Method

  • Cut the washed meat in several places. The main thing is not to make cross cuts.
  • Put capers and a bay leaf in the meat.
  • Season with salt and sprinkle with a pinch of hot red pepper.
  • Place the meat in a baking sleeve.
  • Tie the edges with strong thread so that there are no gaps.
  • Bake (preferably in convection mode) for 60-70 minutes. The oven temperature should be above average – approximately 260 degrees. After cutting the foil, cool the pork.
