- Salt½ tsp
- Powdered sugar⅔ cup
- Vanilla sugar1 packet
- Lemons (zest + juice)2 pcs
- Egg1 pc
- Flour2¼ cups
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Baking soda1 tsp
- Extra powdered sugar for coating

Method
- In a bowl, add the butter melted in the microwave or in a saucepan, then add half a teaspoon of salt.
- Add the powdered sugar.
- Add the vanilla sugar.
- Zest the two lemons.
- Add the lemon zest to the bowl and mix with a mixer on low speed.
- Add an egg.
- Add the juice squeezed from the two lemons, strained through a sieve to remove any seeds.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Add the flour mixture to the batter.
- Stir well with a mixer until smooth. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 3 hours, covered with plastic wrap.
- Form small balls from the dough with wet hands and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Roll the balls in powdered sugar so that they are generously coated on all sides.
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them because they will rise and spread as they bake. Bake at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
- After baking, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Then serve these delicious, lemon-flavored cookies!
