Method
- Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
- Add the sugar.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- Sprinkle a little salt, and mix with mixer.
- Add the flour mixed with baking powder, and stir until smooth.
- Grease the baking pan with butter, and pour half of the mixture. Add the grated apples, well drained of liquid. Pour the second half of the mixture.
- Bake in oven at 180 degress, for 25 minutes. Sprinkle apple cake with powdered sugar.
