Method
- The chicken fillet must be prepared. First, wash it, then dry the meat with paper towels to remove all moisture. Then cut it lengthwise into thin slices.
- Place the slices on cling film and cover with a second layer of cling film. Beat the meat well, as if for mincing. The slices should become even thinner.
- Sprinkle salt and seasoning on each piece of chicken. For even distribution of seasoning, rub with wet hands. Leave for 10 minutes to allow the fillet to marinate.
- Place the bacon slices over the tenderized fillet.
- Cut the meat along the bacon slices arranged on top of the chicken layers.
- Roll each slice into a roll. The bacon will remain inside. Then, the meat rolls must be skewered on two skewers to hold them together better. Place them on a grill or in a baking tray so that the meat is suspended. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes (at a temperature of 180°C).
- The prepared skewer must first be cooled, then served with a side dish and decorated with greens.
- This juicy and flavorful chicken roll skewer is sure to become your favorite dish! Enjoy!
