- For the sauce:
- Mayonnaise½ cup
- Garlic6 cloves
- Salt

Method
- Cut the zucchini into slices, place them on a paper towel to absorb the water, and leave for 5 minutes.
- Slice the tomatoes into circles.
- Prepare the sauce: make garlic paste and mix with mayonnaise and salt.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the zucchini slices side by side. Brush each zucchini slice with the prepared sauce, then place tomato slices on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
