  • Cut the zucchini into slices, place them on a paper towel to absorb the water, and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the tomatoes into circles.
  • Prepare the sauce: make garlic paste and mix with mayonnaise and salt.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the zucchini slices side by side. Brush each zucchini slice with the prepared sauce, then place tomato slices on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
