Syrniki are a favorite food for many people. However, every housewife has her own special recipe. Perhaps, for some, cooking syrniki with corn flour will be a new option. They turn out to be very tasty: soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and so beautiful in appearance.

Method

  • Place the cottage cheese and egg in a bowl and mash them well with a fork, mixing until smooth.
  • After that, add 3 tablespoons of flour and sugar to the cottage cheese and egg, and mix everything well.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining corn flour and then form the cheese pancakes, sprinkling on both sides. To obtain uniform edges, each pancake can be covered with a glass and then rolled several times.
  • Fry the pancakes over medium heat in a pan with a little oil. Each side will take 5-7 minutes.
