Method
- Place the cottage cheese and egg in a bowl and mash them well with a fork, mixing until smooth.
- After that, add 3 tablespoons of flour and sugar to the cottage cheese and egg, and mix everything well.
- Sprinkle with the remaining corn flour and then form the cheese pancakes, sprinkling on both sides. To obtain uniform edges, each pancake can be covered with a glass and then rolled several times.
- Fry the pancakes over medium heat in a pan with a little oil. Each side will take 5-7 minutes.
