Method

  • Add the cottage cheese to a deep bowl.
  • Add the chia seeds.
  • Add the raspberries.
  • Pour the water.
  • Use a blender to obtain a smooth mixture.
  • This is how the mixture should look; you can turn off the blender.
  • Pour the mixture into two dessert glasses.
  • Garnish with raspberries. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for a few hours, but preferably overnight, then serve. Enjoy!
