  • Add the eggs and sour cream to a bowl.
  • Add the grated cheese.
  • Sprinkle a little salt.
  • Add the flour.
  • Stir the mixture.
  • Turn on the stove and heat a little butter in a skillet.
  • Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side, then carefully flip it over to the other side using the lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Cook with the lid on, over low heat.
  • Tasty and healthy breakfast is ready, cut and serve.
