Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 medium eggs, one-third of a teaspoon of salt, sugar, a pinch of vanilla extract, and powdered orange peel (or the zest of half a fresh orange).
- Pour in odorless vegetable oil and mix everything together with a whisk.
- Add cornstarch and baking powder. Mix.
- Gradually add oat flakes. The dough should be very soft and sticky (even slightly spreadable), so you may need fewer flakes.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them, as they spread during baking. Add chopped dark chocolate to the surface of the cookies. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, depending on size.
- First, leave the finished cookies on the baking sheet, and transfer the slightly cooled ones to a container.
