Recipe for fluffy, soft, and delicious patties with a milk and butter-based dough. I baked the patties in an Air Fryer, but they can also be baked in the oven. This dough recipe is suitable not only for patties but also for various sweet pastries with any desired filling.

Method
- Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar.
- Add the salt.
- Pour the milk.
- Add the melted butter.
- Pour the dry yeast into a little lukewarm milk at room temperature. Add a teaspoon of sugar and stir. Cover with a plate and leave for 10-15 minutes to react.
- After the set time, pour the yeast into the bowl.
- Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
- Leave to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.
- Form small balls from the dough and cover them with a towel. Let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough ball a little.
- Then add the filling of your choice. I used cherry jam.
- Seal the edges of the dough so that the filling does not leak out.
- Line the Air Fryer with baking paper and place the pastries on it. Grease the pastries with beaten egg.
- Set the Air Fryer to 15 minutes and 190-200 degrees.
- The jam pastries are ready.
Enjoy!
