The liver is lightly fried with onions, then mixed with butter to create a velvety texture that melts in your mouth. Serve cold, spread on toast or alongside fresh vegetables — a dish that will delight your taste buds and bring back fond memories with every bite. Who doesn’t know how useful liver is? It’s the most useful by-product.

When choosing liver, always make sure that it has no spots on it, it should have a uniform color, no streaks, and no unpleasant odor. This chicken liver pâté is ideal for breakfast, appetizer boards or gatherings, delivering deep flavour with minimal fuss.

  • Add the softened butter and salt, and blend again with a blender.
  • Transfer the mixture to a container, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
  • The pâté is ready to eat.
