This quick pizza recipe without yeast is a great solution when you want to eat something tasty but don’t have time to wait for the dough to rise. Ingredients
- 1 pc egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 5 oz salami
- 1 oz black olives
- 3½ oz cheese
Instructions
- Break an egg into a bowl and pour in warm water.
- Add half a teaspoon of salt.
- Pour two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the flour and knead the dough.
- Form a ball of dough.
- Prepare the ingredients you want to add to the pizza. You can use any other ingredients, such as tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, chicken, shrimp, etc. I used finely chopped olives, sliced salami, and grated hard cheese.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
- To make it easier to transfer the pizza to the baking tray, place baking paper under the pizza dough from the start. Spread the tomato paste on the dough.
- Arrange the salami.
- Arrange the olives.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
