This quick pizza recipe without yeast is a great solution when you want to eat something tasty but don’t have time to wait for the dough to rise. The dough is very easy to prepare in just a few minutes, with simple ingredients that you always have at home. Quick, satisfying, and perfect for busy evenings.

Method

  • Break an egg into a bowl and pour in warm water.
  • Add half a teaspoon of salt.
  • Pour two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add the flour and knead the dough.
  • Form a ball of dough.
  • Prepare the ingredients you want to add to the pizza. You can use any other ingredients, such as tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, chicken, shrimp, etc. I used finely chopped olives, sliced salami, and grated hard cheese.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
  • To make it easier to transfer the pizza to the baking tray, place baking paper under the pizza dough from the start. Spread the tomato paste on the dough.
  • Arrange the salami.
  • Arrange the olives.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
