Method

  • Chop the chicken breast finely.
  • Place the chopped chicken breast in a colander, wash it, then drain it thoroughly.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Heat a pan with oil, then fry the onion over low heat.
  • Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook with the lid on.
  • After a few minutes, add the finely chopped garlic.
  • Add the salt.
