Instructions
- Chop the chicken breast finely.
- Place the chopped chicken breast in a colander, wash it, then drain it thoroughly.
- Chop the onion.
- Heat a pan with oil, then fry the onion over low heat.
- Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook with the lid on.
- After a few minutes, add the finely chopped garlic.
- Add the salt.
- Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
- Put the sour cream in a deep plate and add a tablespoon of flour. Mix.
- When the meat is ready, add the sour cream sauce and stir.
- Cook for another minute, stirring continuously.
