Made with simple pantry ingredients—margarine, flour, eggs, and tangy cottage cheese—this dessert is both comforting and satisfying.   • For the dough:
  • Margarine or unsalted butter7 tbsp
  • Flour2 cups
  • Sugar3 tbsp
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Baking soda, dissolved in a little vinegar or lemon juice½ tsp
  • For the filling:
  • Cottage cheese1 cup
  • Eggs1 pc
  • Sweetened condensed milk3 tbsp
  • Light cream (10%) or half-and-half cup
  • Salt

  • Cut the margarine with a knife, mix it with a cup of flour, and rub it together. Then add salt, sugar, and another cup of flour, and again rub everything with your hands to a fine crumb.
  • Beat in the eggs and knead the dough quickly. Wrap the dough in cellophane and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Using the immersion attachment of a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Spread the dough on the mold, pour the curd mass, and decorate with pisalis berries. Instead of pisalis can be pineapple slices, peaches, or any berries.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

The pies turn out simply magical: crispy crumbly base and delicious filling. And cooking everything is incredibly easy!
