- 2 cups flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda dissolved in a little vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 pc eggs
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup light cream 10% or half-and-half

- Spread the dough on the mold, pour the curd mass, and decorate with pisalis berries. Instead of pisalis can be pineapple slices, peaches, or any berries.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
