- Canned red beans¼ cup
- Canned corn3 tbsp
- Sweet pepper1 pc
- Tomato paste3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1½ tbsp

Method
- Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it thinly.
- Wash the pepper, remove the core and chop it.
- Fry the minced meat with onion in oil until half cooked.
- Add the chopped pepper to the minced meat and mix the ingredients.
- Then add the beans and corn, and stir the burrito filling again.
- Add salt to the mixture of ingredients, add the desired spices and tomato paste. Mix again.
- Cook for about 10 more minutes, stirring the ingredients periodically. Then, let the minced meat cool and divide it into three parts.
- Spread the cheese over half of the tortilla. Then add 1/3 of the filling, distributing it evenly over the cheese.
- Top with a thin layer of grated cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and fry it in a dry pan. The cheese will melt on both sides and hold the filling inside the tortilla.
