- Ground chicken or pork14 oz
- Pineapple rings6 slices
- Cheese½ cup
- Meat seasoning1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Method
- Place the ground meat in a deep container, add the spices and salt, then stir well.
- Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
- Form cutlets from the prepared ground meat and place them in an oiled baking tray.
- Arrange pineapple rings on top of the cutlets.
- Sprinkle generously with grated cheese over the layer of pineapple rings.
- Bake the cutlets in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.
