These original minced meat cutlets are delicious and juicy thanks to the spicy combination of meat and pineapple. The cheese coating keeps them juicy and forms an appetizing, crispy crust during cooking. These cutlets will decorate both your holiday table and your daily menu.

Method

  • Place the ground meat in a deep container, add the spices and salt, then stir well.
  • Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
  • Form cutlets from the prepared ground meat and place them in an oiled baking tray.
  • Arrange pineapple rings on top of the cutlets.
  • Sprinkle generously with grated cheese over the layer of pineapple rings.
  • Bake the cutlets in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.
