Recipe for apple roll, prepared in the oven in a very short time. If you want a treat and don’t have much time, this roll is perfect not only because it is easy to make, but also because of its taste and aroma. Apple roll cake combines the sweet aroma of grated apples with a soft sponge cake baked in a rectangular tray and rolled while warm. This dessert is fast, fragrant, and ideal when time is limited but you want something special.

 - Sugar½ cup+1tbsp
 - Vanilla1 tsp
 - Flour1 cup
 - Baking powder1 tsp
 - Salt
 - Apple5
 - Butterfor greasing the pan
 - Powdered sugarfor sprinkle

Method
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt using a mixer until you obtain a foamy consistency.
 - Add the flour with the baking powder and vanilla, and mix with a spatula.
 - Peel the apples and grate them.
 - Line a 40x60cm rectangular baking tray with baking paper and grease with a knob of butter, then arrange the grated apples so that they cover the entire surface of the tray.
 - Pour the prepared mixture over the grated apples. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
 - After the set time, remove the tray from the oven and turn it over onto the table, onto a piece of baking paper. Remove the baking paper on top of which it was baked, and using the baking paper underneath, carefully roll it up to form a roll.
 - Sprinkle powdered sugar over the roll, let it cool, then cut and serve. Enjoy!
