Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1¼ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the sugar, oil, and vanilla essence. Then, in a separate recipient, mix the flour with the baking powder and grated coconut, and add to the bowl. Mix well.
- Form a ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Choose your favorite shapes and form the cookies, then transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
