Method

  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the sugar, oil, and vanilla essence. Then, in a separate recipient, mix the flour with the baking powder and grated coconut, and add to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Form a ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Choose your favorite shapes and form the cookies, then transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
