Method
- The products needed for the recipe are shown in the photo. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the very soft butter and the finest powdered sugar (if possible) in a large bowl. Beat everything at maximum speed with a mixer until creamy.
- Lightly beat the egg. Continue mixing until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Sift all the flour into the mixture, add the starch, and add salt.
- Knead with your hands a very soft, elastic dough, like plasticine.
- Separate a small portion of the soft dough, weighing no more than 35 g, roll it into a ball, flatten it slightly with your fingers into a thick cookie, use an oval-ended spoon to squeeze a heart-shaped depression into this cookie, and fill it with raspberry jam using a teaspoon. In this way, we will prepare heart-shaped pieces from the entire dough.
