  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Marinade3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Herbes de Provence1.2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper1.2 tsp

Method

  • Coat the pork with the prepared marinade. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes. The marinade will make the meat very tender and flavorful, so choose it according to your taste and preferences.
  • Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Place the meat on foil and top with the garlic.
  • Wrap the meat tightly in foil.
  • Repeat with all the pieces of meat, then place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 40 minutes. The baking time will depend on the size of the meat pieces and the power of the oven. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool. Carefully remove the meat and place it on a plate.
  • Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
