- First, pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat. Then add the semi-finished dumplings. Fry for 5 minutes on one side.
- Then turn them over and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add the sour cream and 1/4 cup of hot water. Mix everything together, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5 minutes. At this point, the dumplings cannot be left unattended: the sour cream may start to turn brown, but this should not happen, as it will spoil the taste. If you notice that the sauce is starting to darken, you must turn off the heat.
