Milk doughnuts are a traditional and comforting dessert, a favorite in many homes. Method

  • Break the eggs into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Then add 1/3 teaspoon of salt.
  • And a teaspoon of dry yeast.
  • Then add a teaspoon of vanilla.
  • Pour the milk.
  • Then the oil.
  • Pour in the flour and mix first with a whisk, then knead the dough with your hands.
  • Form a ball from the dough and let it rise for an hour. Cover the dough with a towel.
  • Once the dough has risen, form small balls from it.
  • Pour more oil into a pot or large frying pan and wait a little until it heats up well over high heat. Then add the doughnuts and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Once they are browned on one side, flip them over to the other side.
  • The doughnuts are ready. If you wish, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
