Chicken wings with broccoli are an ideal dish when you want protein and vegetables in a balanced combination, without sacrificing taste. - Broccoli5 cups
- Chicken wings1 lb
- Cheese2 tbsp
- Soy sauce
- Sweet Paprika
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Cornstarch
- Salt
- Olive oil

Method
- Marinate the wings in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Make the marinade to your liking, but be sure to add honey—it will give the wings color and a caramel flavor.
- Place the wings in a baking dish and bake in the oven (200°) for 30 minutes.
- Without thawing, place the broccoli in boiling salted water and cook for literally one minute after boiling. Of course, the broccoli can be fresh, not frozen.
- Drain the water, place the broccoli in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Open the oven (the chicken has already been baking for 30 minutes) and place the broccoli dish inside. Continue baking everything together for another 15 minutes.
- Serve the wings and broccoli with a cream sauce (cream, dill, garlic) and fresh tomatoes.
