Chop the onions into small cubes. Rinse and chop the fresh herbs. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and onions. Cook for 5 minutes over a high heat.

Cook for another minute, add 100 g of sour cream and a clove of garlic.
