Carrot and minced meat patties are a healthy dish, especially when made with minced chicken meat, as I did. However, you can also use pork or beef. Carrots and onions give the patties a richer flavor. These tender, fluffy, juicy, golden-colored patties are not only delicious, but also look beautiful on the table. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or as an appetizer, they are quick to prepare and everyone loves them.

- Add the onion and garlic, finely grated or minced, to the ground meat.
- Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater.
- Add an egg.
- Add: salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix.
- With wet hands, form patties and roll them in flour on both sides.
- Fry the patties in a pan with hot oil. Fry on low heat with the lid on, and after a few minutes, flip them over when you see that they have browned.
- The patties are ready! Serve with any side dish you like: mashed potatoes, macaroni, rice, buckwheat, baked potatoes, etc.
