  • Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  • Pour the oil.
  • Add the sugar and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes at maximum speed.
  • Then add the cottage cheese.
  • Add the flour and baking powder, and beat with a mixer on the lowest speed.
  • Cut one of the three apples into cubes. Add the cubes to the bowl and mix.
  • Grease the baking dish with butter or use baking paper and pour the mixture into the dish. Spread the mixture uniformly.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the remaining 2 apples into long slices, then arrange them on top of the mixture. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes of baking, cover the tray with aluminum foil and continue baking, so that the surface of the cake will not be burnt, but lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste, then cut and serve.
