- Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
- Pour the oil.
- Add the sugar and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes at maximum speed.
- Then add the cottage cheese.
- Add the flour and baking powder, and beat with a mixer on the lowest speed.
- Cut one of the three apples into cubes. Add the cubes to the bowl and mix.
- Grease the baking dish with butter or use baking paper and pour the mixture into the dish. Spread the mixture uniformly.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the remaining 2 apples into long slices, then arrange them on top of the mixture. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- After 25 minutes of baking, cover the tray with aluminum foil and continue baking, so that the surface of the cake will not be burnt, but lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste, then cut and serve.
