Peel the banana and mash it with a fork on a plate until it becomes a puree.
Add the egg, sugar, oil, salt, and kefir to a bowl and mix well.
Then add the banana puree to the mixture and stir until smooth.
Mix the baking powder with the flour and add them to the mixture.
Leave on the table for 10 minutes.
Fry them in a non-stick pancake pan without oil, fry on one side until air bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, then flip and fry on the other side. Turn the stove to low heat.
You can serve the pancakes with honey, jam, chocolate spread, or whatever you like. Enjoy!
