Marinate the wings in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Make the marinade to your liking, but be sure to add honey—it will give the wings color and a caramel flavor.
Place the wings in a baking dish and bake in the oven (200°) for 30 minutes.
Without thawing, place the broccoli in boiling salted water and cook for literally one minute after boiling. Of course, the broccoli can be fresh, not frozen.
Drain the water, place the broccoli in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Open the oven (the chicken has already been baking for 30 minutes) and place the broccoli dish inside. Continue baking everything together for another 15 minutes.
Serve the wings and broccoli with a cream sauce (cream, dill, garlic) and fresh tomatoes.
