  • 2 tbsp cheese

  • cornstarch

  • Marinate the wings in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Make the marinade to your liking, but be sure to add honey—it will give the wings color and a caramel flavor.

  • Without thawing, place the broccoli in boiling salted water and cook for literally one minute after boiling. Of course, the broccoli can be fresh, not frozen.

  • Drain the water, place the broccoli in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Open the oven (the chicken has already been baking for 30 minutes) and place the broccoli dish inside. Continue baking everything together for another 15 minutes.

  • Serve the wings and broccoli with a cream sauce (cream, dill, garlic) and fresh tomatoes.
