Add the onion and garlic, finely grated or minced, to the ground meat.
Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater.
Add an egg.
Add: salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix.
With wet hands, form patties and roll them in flour on both sides.
Fry the patties in a pan with hot oil. Fry on low heat with the lid on, and after a few minutes, flip them over when you see that they have browned.
