- Chicken breast2 cups
- Potatoes3½ cups
- Onion1
- Carrot1
- Tomato1
- Bell pepper1

- Peppercorns3

- Chop the onion, carrot, tomato, and bell pepper into small pieces.
- Cook the vegetables in a pot in heated oil for 5-7 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
- Cut the chicken breast into large pieces and boil it separately in a small saucepan. Boil until foam rises to the top. Then remove the meat and rinse it in several changes of water.
- Once the vegetables are well cooked, add the chicken breast to the pot.
- Immediately add the potatoes and pour enough water to cover them.
- Add the paprika, salt, peppercorns, and bay leaf. Simmer for about 25-30 minutes over low heat.
- After turning off the heat, add the finely chopped parsley.
