- Chop the onion.
- Chop the garlic.
- Chop the bell pepper.
- Place the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a baking tray.
- Prepare the meat: first cut it into pieces, then sprinkle with salt, paprika, and thyme. Mix.
- Place the meat in the baking tray on top of the chopped vegetables.
- Pour in enough water to cover the meat and vegetables. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
